Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use ORACLYN ("the app"), operated by BEZOL Creative Studios, Tema, Ghana. By using the app or buying a Pro pass you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What ORACLYN is
ORACLYN is a creative and reflective tool: a quote and video maker, a day planner, a sound and meditation space, number tools, a word codex and an AI guide. It is offered for personal creativity, rest, focus and reflection.
Not medical or professional advice. Frequencies, bells, chants, chakra material, numerology, astrology-style reflections and the AI Guide reflect traditional, symbolic or creative ideas. They are not a medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy and make no health claims. They are not legal, financial or mental health advice. Do not use ORACLYN in place of a qualified professional. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have a history of seizures or sound sensitivity, check with a professional before using tone or beat features, and keep volume at a comfortable level. Do not use audio features while driving or operating machinery.
2. Free and Pro
Some features are free. Pro features are unlocked with a license key bought as a one-time pass (monthly, yearly or lifetime). The price, plan length and features shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Monthly and yearly passes end when their period ends and do not renew automatically. "Lifetime" means for the lifetime of the ORACLYN service, not your lifetime or ours; if we ever permanently shut the service down we will give reasonable notice.
3. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ORACLYN. Your key is for you. You may use it on your own devices but must not sell it, publish it or share it so that others use Pro without paying. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or misused.
4. Your content
What you create, such as quotes, slides, videos, notes and ideas, is yours. Most of it stays on your device. You are responsible for what you create and publish, and you must have the rights to anything you upload, including music and logos. Do not use ORACLYN to create unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, bypass payment or license checks, use the AI features automatically at scale, or use them to produce harmful content. We may limit or suspend access for misuse.
6. AI features
The AI features (the Guide, idea generator, weekly recap, acrostic and deep codex readings) are for adults aged 18 or over. By using them you confirm you are at least 18. They are powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. You are talking to an AI, not a person, and ΔøX is not a medical, mental health, legal or financial professional.
AI replies are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Treat them as ideas for reflection, not facts or instructions. Check anything important yourself.
7. Our content and brand
ORACLYN, BEZOL, the ΔøX sigil, the app's design, text and code belong to BEZOL Creative Studios or its licensors. Your license does not give you ownership of them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep ORACLYN running but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, prices and these terms may change. Changes to price do not affect a pass you have already paid for.
9. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, BEZOL Creative Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim in your own country.
